Annual Fundraiser



Important Notice

The Torrance Police Officers' Association (TPOA) is an  employee group made up of our active duty police officers, supervisors and  managers.  This fundraiser is an effort by TPOA to gather resources for  Associations' gifting to the community and membership needs.  The  monies TPOA collects are distributed   to help donate funds to the  numerous community groups and programs the Association sponsors and supports  throughout our City of Torrance and a portion of these proceeds are  dedicated to our memorial fund which will helpthe families of fallen police  officers.  These monies  NEVER  HAVE, AND NEVER WILL be  used for Political funding in any way!

Resident should be  aware that all authorized TPOA fundraising in this campaign is being  completed using a Direct Mail approach.  NO telephone or in-person  solicitations of donations are sanctioned by the TPOA for this  program.

This fundraising program is an independent effort of  TPOA; as such it is managed by our organization's Board of Directors and  membership.  Please be aware that if you should receive a  personal phone call asking to pick up a donation, it is NOT TPOA calling!   We only send one letter.  Again, we will not call or contact you  in any way.

This  fundraising program is administered neither by the City of Torrance, nor by  the Torrance Police Department.
